About Liz Thomas

I have been a nurse since 1978 and have had the pleasure of meeting and caring for some awesome people of the course of my career.

I have worked as a staff nurse at the local VA hospital where I met my husband, I am not going to tell you that he was my patient, oops, I guess I just did, lol.

Enough about that! I have had a very diverse career, I have been a charge nurse on a sub-acute rehab unit, a supervisor at a nursing home, a nurse manager at an adult home, and am currently working as a supervisor at an assisted living facility.

It has always been my passion to care for people. I also love green living and all-natural products and use them daily. I had minor foot surgery and long story short, I was using opiate pain killers daily. I did not like what they did to my mind, my body, and quite frankly my life.

I began researching alternatives and came across CBD. I weaned myself off the opiates and now just use CBD products. I discovered essential oils and Thieves products through a friend of mine and fell in love! I love the way my house smells, and I know that it is safe for me, my family, and the environment.

I lead a busy life and have always used planners, but I hated that well…they were for one thing, I juggle work, business, and family, so…I needed something customizable, and that’s how I discovered TulaXII, I love that I can add any insert into a cover and go.

How 'Ask Nurse Liz' came about was through a conversation with my friend and mentor, we talk about everything from work, personal, business, and yes, even sex!

She suggested that I start this website for my businesses and to continue to reach out and help people, and that's how Ask Nurse Liz was born!
